You buy and are in control of your own domain and you can direct your domain to whatever hosting company you require - no request tickets to move away from us, no email, nothing. in fact you don't have to ask anyone to do it for you but we can offer you guidance. You or your company are in full control of your Domain as long as you have it in your name and have access to your Domain Control Panel. By doing it this way you are not tied in to any Hosting Company like us or any business or agency, you can send your domain (website, email etc.) elsewhere very quickly by altering the IP addresses in your hosting control panel - always keep your domain and hosting seperate. When you order Hosting with us we can provide you with full guidance on how to do this. We recommend that you keep the DNS servers with the Domain provider such as Fasthosts or Domainmonster it costs nothing extra to do this and Hosting redirection is very quick and easy. Their control panels are also easy to follow as long as you just order the Domain with them without their hosting otherwise you will not have access to the Domain control facility in the same way.
